YOUR MISSION: TO DEVELOP A PORTFOLIO OF EXISTING CUSTOMERS BY SUPPORTING THEM IN THE GLOBALISATION OF THEIR E-COMMERCE
You will work directly with the Head of Customer Success Europe and will be responsible for :
- Develop a relationship of trust and proximity with key accounts
- Prepare periodic performance reports and business reviews
- Generate upsell and cross sell
- Build long term and consultative relationships with clients
- Develop an in-depth understanding of clients' needs and business
YOUR PROFILE : CSM MID MARKET OR CSM ENTERPRISE
Must have :
- You have + 2 years experience (internships included) as a B2B Account Manager, CSM or Business analyst ideally in payment, e-commerce, saas, transport, consulting
- You have strong analytical skills
- You have experience in developing a portfolio of existing clients
- You have a proven track record of excellent interpersonal skills and are able to build win/win relationships with clients
- You have a proven track record of performance
Nice to have
- You are bilingual in a spanish, german, french, italian or a nordic language.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
- Location: Paris or London
- Remote 2 days/week
- Salary :
- Mid Market (<2years experiences): £40-45K + £5K
- Enterprise (>3 years) : £45-55K fixed + £5-10K variable
